About the role
- Support daily store operations while upholding the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service
- Responsible for cashiering, maintaining store presentation, ensuring food and beverage quality
- Create a positive experience for every guest through friendly interactions, product knowledge, and efficient service
- Greet all customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate service at checkout
- Follow the company’s Four Steps of Customer Service to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
- Communicate current promotions, loyalty programs, and product recommendations
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure products are organized
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire facility
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash-handling procedures
- CPR and First Aid training a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
