• Develop and evolve Pinnacle Live’s compensation strategy, including compensation philosophy, job architecture, pay structures, market pricing, and governance
• Lead annual compensation programs, including merit increases, incentive planning, and market benchmarking
• Design and administer variable and incentive pay programs across frontline, corporate, and sales populations
• Conduct pay equity analyses and develop remediation and governance approaches
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations
• Develop and execute health, welfare, and retirement benefits strategy
• Oversee plan design, vendor partnerships, administration, compliance, renewal, and open enrollment
• Provide strategic oversight of FMLA, ADA, state, local, and company leave programs
• Build and evolve an employee recognition strategy
• Provide strategic oversight of HRIS capabilities, total rewards technology, and workforce analytics
• Leverage AI-enabled insights for compensation, benefits, compliance, and data-driven decision-making
• Develop total rewards reporting and dashboards for HR, Finance, and executive leadership
• Lead the Total Rewards function and develop team capabilities
• Manage budgets and partner with brokers, vendors, Finance, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders
• Partner with Finance on cost modeling, accruals, and forecasting
• Support total rewards integration for acquisitions
• Maintain plan documentation, regulatory filings, and audit readiness

Director, Total Rewards

Accounts Payable

• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable activities, supervising a team of 2
• Ensure timely and accurate processing, coding, and posting of all invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department, hotel venues, and other relevant departments to reconcile and resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and receiving.
• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining account payable records, as needed.
• Review, approve, and set up new vendors in PO system, AP system, and banking system.
• Ensure that monthly accruals for goods/services received but not invoiced, and invoiced but not received are accurately recorded.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Ensure the accuracy of the organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes.
• Prepare information for annual 1099 forms, ensuring all information is accurate to send to outside firm.
• Support the annual audit process and assist with special reporting as needed.
• Review and identify opportunities for improving Accounts Payable processes to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
• Protect business against unintentional overpayment.
• Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Controller.

Accounts Payable Supervisor

Producer

• Collaborate with Venue Sales, Venue Operations, Rigging Services, and Power Services to plan and execute high-level production in accordance with Pinnacle Live’s production standards
• Serve as the remote point of contact for project planning and on-site point of contact for production site visits and event execution as requested by venue staff
• Identify and train Event Services Technicians and Senior Event Services Technicians so that they may serve as competent show operators on production-level events
• Identify and maintain relationships with labor brokers and subrental vendors to maintain Pinnacle Live’s access to partners that can assist with production-level event execution
• Create detailed production schedules and define cadence of deliverables for each project as requested by Venue Operations
• Assist Venue Operations in obtaining quotes from qualified sub-rental vendors, as necessary
• Prepare and implement project budgets including pre-event estimates and post-event actuals
• Create and edit orders for internal charges related to Production Services resources
• Function as production subject matter expert, consult venues to choose appropriate equipment and staffing levels with a focus on utilizing in-house resources when possible
• Translate client requests into holistic production visions and identify opportunities to capture additional revenue in the sales process
• Generate CAD files as needed for projects to demonstrate the accurate scale of production elements including, but not limited to, staging, lighting, projection, audio, and cable pathing
• Calculate power consumption of production components to ensure adequate power, coordinating with the Power Services department as necessary to engage additional resources
• Assist with Rigging Services requests on production-level events
• Manage in-house, third-party, and/or union laborers to set, operate, and strike large productions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
