About the role

  • Provide recruiting operations and administrative support across daily workflows and ongoing initiatives
  • Support PO, SOW, and billing-related processes tied to recruiting operations
  • Compile, review, and distribute recurring performance reports based on defined metrics and templates
  • Track recruiting and sales performance metrics and summarize results for stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness within Salesforce through routine reviews and updates
  • Support leadership with ad hoc reporting requests and operational updates
  • Assist with coordination, documentation, and follow-ups related to recruiting operations
  • Provide general logistical and operational support as needed to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting administration, or operational support roles
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong ability to understand performance metrics and communicate results clearly
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with standardized reports and templates
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
