About the role
- - Provide administrative support to the People & Culture (P&C) team across core HR operations.
- - Coordinate the new starter process, including collecting documentation, completing Right to Work checks, and arranging induction meetings.
- - Deliver engaging inductions to ensure new employees feel welcomed and set up for success.
- - Support onboarding processes for employees across our growing global organisation.
- - Manage administration related to probation processes, ensuring review meetings are scheduled and completed on time.
- - Support employees and managers with queries relating to our HR systems, including Deel.
- - Liaise with our external HR partners to create and update employee contracts across different regions.
- - Assist with the leaver process, ensuring payroll is notified, and internal offboarding steps are completed.
- - Work closely with colleagues across the P&C team to help manage internal people-related queries across the business.
- - Support employee engagement activities and help contribute to a positive and inclusive company culture.
- - Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
Requirements
- - Previous experience in an HR administration, HR operations, or people support role.
- - Experience supporting onboarding, inductions, or employee lifecycle administration.
- - Comfortable using HR systems; experience with Deel or similar platforms would be beneficial.
- - Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- - Ability to take ownership of administrative processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email, meetings, and day-to-day interactions.
- - Professional and personable approach, with the ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience.
- - High levels of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- - A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the P&C team.
- - A proactive, high-energy approach with an interest in employee engagement and culture.
- - Experience supporting HR processes in a growing or changing organisation would be beneficial.
