About the role
- Drive new pipeline and early customer engagement by securing high-quality meetings and commercial opportunities with Life Sciences teams through thoughtful, targeted outbound outreach.
- Identify and engage the right accounts at the right time by researching drug approvals, clinical trial progression, therapeutic areas, and company strategy—and translating those insights into relevant, compelling messaging.
- Own the end-to-end execution of outbound campaigns, from account planning and contact strategy through email and LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, objection handling, and securing initial meetings.
- Partner closely with Solutions, Marketing, and senior commercial leaders to support specific campaigns, key account strategies, and broader go-to-market initiatives.
- Build and maintain high-quality account and contact data by sourcing contacts via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other tools, and ensuring accurate, well-structured records in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Life Sciences Principals to research key accounts, identify opportunities, and support strategic account planning led outreach through targeted insights.
- Track outreach performance, pipeline contribution, and KPIs, using data to continuously refine targeting and messaging.
- Contribute to sales operations and tooling excellence, helping maintain Salesforce hygiene and supporting effective use of tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, and others.
- Ensure PicnicHealth succeeds at conferences and industry events supporting pipeline growth and relationship building.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or lead generation experience with diverse outreach channels (e.g., email & LinkedIn).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Life Sciences (Non-interventional Research experience preferable)
- An analytical mindset and proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot (both preferred)
- Proficient in market research, including healthcare news, clinical trial updates, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and build relationships with diverse teams.
