- Supporting the day-to-day operations of both Litica and Acquinex
- Acting as a key contact for systems, data, and operational processes
- Identifying and delivering improvements to workflows and ways of working
- Producing reporting and management information to support decision-making
- Leading and supporting operational and system change across both businesses
Requirements
- Proven experience in an operations or change role within insurance
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with systems, data, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, self-sufficient, and solutions-focused approach
