About the role
- Lead day-to-day execution of assigned campaigns from kickoff through launch.\n
- Manage timelines, documentation, reviews, and stakeholder communications to keep work moving smoothly\n
- Work closely with our in-house pros across Client Solutions, Client Experience, Creative, Engineering, Product, QA, and more to make every campaign count\n
- Spot inefficiencies and recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and documentation\n
- Contribute to SOPs and internal playbooks that support scalable campaign execution.\n
- Begin to own or co-own subject matter expertise on specific platforms, campaign types, or production tools\n
- Help foster a collaborative, detail-focused team culture through reliable execution and shared knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 + years of relevant project or creative campaign management experience within a creative or media agency environment; experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical brands highly preferred\n
- Background managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision\n
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage up and across teams (internally and with clients)\n
- Proactive critical thinking, organization and time management to ask questions, solv e problems, and tak e initiative to work through areas of ambiguity with a solutions-first mindset\n
- Experience working across teams, ideally with Account or Client Services, Creative, Engineering, or QA\n
- Working knowledge of project management tools, processes, and workflows like Microsoft Project or Planner, Monday.com, Jira , or Ziflow\n
- Ability and willingness to travel to in-person client and team meetings, about 10% of the year
