About the role

  • Own the full sales cycle, from inbound interest or BDR hand-off through qualification, deal management, and close.
  • Build and progress pipeline across marketing-led and outbound opportunities, with an initial focus on API sales and scope to expand into web app deals.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Sales, product, and tech teams to identify customer needs, shape solutions, and feed market insight back into the roadmap.
  • Maintain strong sales hygiene and relationships: stay current on the GenAI and competitive landscape, log activity in HubSpot, and build long-term trust with customers and partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years selling software to mid-market and enterprise customers, with ownership of €/$1M+ enterprise quotas and a consistent track record against targets.
  • Hands-on experience selling APIs in at least one role, with the ability to become a deep product and domain expert and sell consultatively.
  • Strong communicator, written and verbal, able to explain complex topics simply and clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-directed and results-driven, comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments while collaborating closely with a wider team.
  • Strong interest in AI and the GenAI landscape; startup sales experience and additional languages are a plus.
