Requirements
- Active portfolio showing typography, color, and space with understanding of responsive design
- Experience with design systems and cross-platform design system maintenance
- Balance speed with impact; pragmatic, able to deliver at pace while maintaining craft
- Systems-thinking approach to design as an interconnected system
- Top-notch communication; articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders across channels
- Cross-platform experience: mobile, web; mockups and prototypes across multiple platforms
- Technical proficiency: Figma; knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects
