Provide overall technology product management leadership for the client program
Work with technology and business leadership to define and refine items going into the intake process and to develop execution plans for delivering product capabilities through all phases of the software development lifecycle
Oversee all stages of technology product creation including design through development
Manage product backlogs
Conduct product gap analyses and provide remediation plans
Act as a liaison for the product team and end users
Independently lead client project or large team(s) to deliver client value and oversee production of complete, client-ready, high quality work products
Demonstrate ownership and accountability to drive successful results and outcomes for the project or team
Effectively navigate and solve client escalations and delivery challenges on a client engagement; contribute to a culture of leadership
Create a culture of teamwork, encouraging and enabling teammates to be their best selves
Develop and maintain strategic client relationships and lead team(s) to participate in the client culture
Continuously build consensus and commitment around improvement initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience
An additional 2 years of experience with an Associate's Degree
An additional 4 years of experience with a high school diploma
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Can easily shift focus between high priority tasks as required
Demonstrates leadership in the face of ambiguity, rather than waiting for direction from above
Navigates through challenges to consistently get things over the finish line
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
