About the role
- Support the team in delivering daily tasks, working to strict deadlines as determined by the investment markets.
- Support the daily delivery of unit pricing, validating movements and ensuring creations are aligned with expectation.
- Support the team in delivering monthly/quarterly tasks for stakeholders.
- Pricing validation – Ensuring that prices and movements are aligned to the market.
- File processing – timely upload of pricing files and data to support daily pricing.
- Oversight of outsourced activities – ensuring suppliers adhere to delivery times and standards.
- Risk and Control – support on-going delivery of operational, finance processes and controls.
- Account opening and compliance – supporting opening of accounts at the Transfer Agency and ongoing compliance.
- Reporting – supporting monthly / quarterly tasks to provide reporting to stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- Proficient MS Excel user (Intermediate leve) and experience with macros.
- Excellent reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills with holistic financial thinking
- Proactive, self-starter with strong sense of accountability, ability to prioritise multiple tasks and operate with efficiency
- Experience of sharing key information or data effectively with a variety of stakeholders, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within Financial Services industry
- Diligent working style with attention to detail and high standards for quality
