About the role

  • Identify, prospect, and engage net-new client accounts across target industries
  • Own outbound efforts including cold outreach, warm introductions, referrals, and events
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with a strong focus on first-time buyers
  • Own the sales process end-to-end: discovery, solution positioning, proposals, negotiation, and close
  • Clearly articulate Phizenix’s value across talent solutions, consulting, and AI-enabled services
  • Work closely with delivery and leadership teams to scope solutions and close deals efficiently
  • Develop trusted relationships with HR leaders, IT leaders, business executives, and founders
  • Understand client pain points and align Phizenix solutions to business outcomes
  • Act as the primary point of contact through the early client lifecycle
  • Provide market feedback to refine messaging, offerings, and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, thought leadership, and account-based outreach
  • Represent Phizenix in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue and new-logo targets

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of business development or sales experience as an individual contributor
  • Proven success in closing new logos in consulting, staffing, technology services, or SaaS
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, and closing skills
  • Comfortable selling to both business and technical stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated, structured, and comfortable operating in a fast-growth environment
  • Experience using CRM and sales productivity tools
  • Experience selling talent solutions, professional services, or AI/technology consulting (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with enterprise or mid-market buyers (Nice to Have)
  • Ability to sell consultatively rather than transactionally (Nice to Have)
