Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap.
Own and evolve the Salesforce platform architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, workflows).
Design and manage integrations across systems (TMS, finance, data, customer platforms).
Lead automation initiatives.
Identify and implement AI-driven improvements.
Lead and mentor a small internal technology team.
Occasionally engage with clients on technical solutions and platform capabilities.

Requirements

7-12+ years of technology leadership experience in digital transformation, platform engineering, or business systems.
Experience with Salesforce tools such as Apex (must have), Lightning components (preferred), and Flow Builder.
Proven Salesforce experience (integrations, workflows, automation, not just admin).
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, or similar).
Experience working with data platforms and BI tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, etc.).
Experience with automation platforms and AI workflows is strongly preferred.
Must have experience in logistics, freight, or supply chain industry.
Proven ability to operate in a lean, hands-on environment.
