About the role
- Facilitate the installation and preventative maintenance of the full Haas machine tool product line.
- Inspect Haas Machines to ensure optimal operation and efficiency.
- Recommend corrective actions and perform Certified Haas Annual Maintenance Programs.
- Act as a link between the customer and the factory, coordinating with support teams to expedite repairs.
- Provide critical feedback to improve service procedures.
- Drive financial and operational success of the Haas service department maintaining a fast response time.
