About the role
- Execute commercial projects and deliver revenue in the zone by leading, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Guide team through process improvement projects and collaborate in End-to-End commercial delivery process with external customers (Hospitals) and internal stakeholders (Sales, Project Management, Service, and Supply Chain)
- Drive operational and financial performance while delivering exceptional customer experience
- Leader of approximately 24 Customer Project Managers (CPMs)
- Mentor, coach, and develop installation CPMs to work alongside hospitals' General Contractors and Project Managers to deliver deadlines on time, in partnership with the sales team
- Ensure accurate revenue forecasting and inventory utilization
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and inventory targets
- Drive process adherence through KPI review and regular on-site visits
- Drive integration across the value stream by identifying key drivers of value and influencing cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading a remote team of project managers in construction or healthcare areas
- Experience dealing with contractors, facilities, and construction personnel on complex, construction-heavy projects
- Experience running a business, including revenue attainment, spending control, metrics development and tracking, and customer satisfaction
- Experience working with internal supply chain, order processing, and order management personnel operating globally
- Degree in engineering or business administration or construction project management (master’s preferred)
- Avid user of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP
- Must be able to travel at least 20% of the time
