About the role
- Lead end-to-end supplier relationship management including commercial strategy, contracting, and performance for key partners in service, repair & installations
- Ensure seamless installation and maintenance of Philips equipment to impact customer satisfaction
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to enhance supplier collaboration, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment
- Own supplier negotiations and establish long-term agreements; scout and onboard new partners to expand service coverage
- Monitor supplier performance using tools like GSRS and integrate stakeholder feedback for comprehensive evaluations
- Conduct in-depth assessments of supplier risk, compliance, and financial exposure and develop mitigation plans
- Drive cost-saving initiatives, promote Lean practices, and foster innovation and competition across the supplier base
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic sourcing or procurement role
- Experience with market analysis, supplier negotiations and process optimization
- Preferably experience within the MedTech industry
- Deep procurement knowledge and strong business acumen
- Ability to deliver compelling executive presentations
- Understanding of the MedTech industry
- Effective communicator with ability to influence stakeholders across international, cross-functional environments
- Proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement
