About the role
- developing and executing the department’s strategic plan and vision
- integrating sustainability strategies and policies across Business Units
- leading sustainability projects with Business Units, customers and partners
- ensuring alignment with environmental, economic, and social performance criteria
- ensuring policies reflect industry standards
- overseeing training and awareness programs for employees
- leading customer and partner engagement across North America
- consulting with Sales and supporting RFP responses
- analyzing customers’ sustainability commitments
- overseeing training and certification for Sales and Account Executive teams
- leading North America thought leadership efforts
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's OR 6+ years with Master's in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Corporate Social Responsibility or equivalent
- environmental and social sustainability expertise
- strong analytics and ability to leverage large data sets
- business acumen

- partnerships and multi-stakeholder management

- business and impact development skillset
- MD or PhD is a plus.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or equivalent.
