💰 $88,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- consult with healthcare institutions for successful integration of solutions into IT environment
- act as subject matter expert for complex IT concepts within specialization
- deploy and/or integrate software solutions in hospital IT environments
- educate customers on system maintenance
- document solutions for support teams
- drive continuous improvements based on customer feedback
- collaborate with implementation and support teams
Requirements
- at least 5 years of professional working experience in IT technologies or electronics industry
- experience with patient monitoring systems and telemetry units highly preferred
- skills in network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or relevant experience
- bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or other related disciplines or 9+ years of related experience
- ability to perform minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
