About the role

  • Responsible for delivering professional guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders and PPS on HR related topics
  • Ensure compliance with country labor law and organizational policies
  • Focus on delivering consistent and high-quality HR service
  • Act as a key driver of employee and labor relations strategies
  • Interacts with the Management Board and executes on the resolutions of the Management Board
  • Ensure commercial offices are operating in line with evolving local labor law requirements
  • Advise and execute on M&A, divestitures, Go to market changes and reorganizations impacting local teams
  • Provide professional guidance and support for performance improvement plans (PIP)
  • Oversee and manage absence and sick leave cases
  • Handle disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Conduct and support GBP investigations
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters

Requirements

  • Min 8 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on employee relations, labor relations and compliance in a multinational or complex organizational environment
  • Bachelor's /Masters in areas such as People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent
  • Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations with experience ensuring compliance and advising people leaders on evolving legal or local requirements
  • Strong ability to handle complex employee relations cases, including performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, grievances and sick leave cases, with a resolution mindset
  • Experience partnering with social partners and committees based on the labor code
  • Ability to advise and execute on workforce transitions, including M&A, divestments, outsourcing and reorganizations at the country level
  • Multi Country working experience is a strong asset
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of people leaders
  • Fluent in English.
