About the role
- Responsible for delivering professional guidance and expert advice to People Leader Partners, People Leaders and PPS on HR related topics
- Ensure compliance with country labor law and organizational policies
- Focus on delivering consistent and high-quality HR service
- Act as a key driver of employee and labor relations strategies
- Interacts with the Management Board and executes on the resolutions of the Management Board
- Ensure commercial offices are operating in line with evolving local labor law requirements
- Advise and execute on M&A, divestitures, Go to market changes and reorganizations impacting local teams
- Provide professional guidance and support for performance improvement plans (PIP)
- Oversee and manage absence and sick leave cases
- Handle disciplinary and grievance cases
- Conduct and support GBP investigations
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations matters
Requirements
- Min 8 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on employee relations, labor relations and compliance in a multinational or complex organizational environment
- Bachelor's /Masters in areas such as People Management, Change Management, HR Processes or equivalent
- Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations with experience ensuring compliance and advising people leaders on evolving legal or local requirements
- Strong ability to handle complex employee relations cases, including performance improvement plans (PIPs), disciplinary actions, grievances and sick leave cases, with a resolution mindset
- Experience partnering with social partners and committees based on the labor code
- Ability to advise and execute on workforce transitions, including M&A, divestments, outsourcing and reorganizations at the country level
- Multi Country working experience is a strong asset
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across multiple levels of people leaders
- Fluent in English.
