About the role
- developing and driving the Philips’ global strategy for identifying, managing, and resolving product deficiencies
- ensures a consistent, compliant, and efficient approach to field actions and post-market correction activities
- develops the Global C&R management framework ensuring a standardized and compliant approach
- defines escalation pathways, decision-making criteria, and cross-functional responsibilities
- responsible for Strategic/Functional team leadership, performance management, career development
- ensures strong alignment across businesses, functions and regions
- maintains up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations and monitors C&R execution
- establishes, tracks, analyzes and reports C&R performance metrics
Requirements
- minimum of 10+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives within regulated medical device environments
- minimum of 4+ years as a functional/strategic leader
- proven knowledge and expertise in global medical device regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR, Health Canada, APAC, etc.)
- Regulatory Affairs Certification is preferred
- minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering or a related discipline (required)
