- Leading the end-to-end management of enterprise pricing programs
- Responsible for pricing excellence and enable growth
- Translating complex pricing and contractual insights into clear narratives
- Partnering with Enterprise Account Leaders and commercial pods
- Conducting deep contracting and pricing analysis
- Enhancing tools and reporting methods for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, finance, commercial operations, contracting, or analytics
- experience in healthcare or medical technology preferred
- strong business and financial acumen
- ability to interpret order, sales, and pricing data
- advanced analytical skills
- proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and enterprise data tools
- bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related discipline
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- excellent communication skills
- capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
