About the role

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration within assigned health systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field sales experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of health system operations and dynamics
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the healthcare industry outside of pharmaceuticals, focusing on solution-based selling rather than relationship-based selling
  • Proven experience in Lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma.
