About the role
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration within assigned health systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of health system operations and dynamics
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the healthcare industry outside of pharmaceuticals, focusing on solution-based selling rather than relationship-based selling
- Proven experience in Lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma.
