About the role
- Lead, motivate, and develop associates to achieve performance goals and maintain high team effectiveness (up to 10 FTE)
- Lead the strategic execution of the ISC Quality Regions operating model, partnering with senior leaders across APM, SPS, and RSS to ensure enterprise-wide alignment and operational excellence.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to SPS, RSS, and APM, embedding quality initiatives into core operations to drive measurable impact.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making and elevate operational performance across the supply chain.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality matters related to Parts Distribution and Part Circularity, fostering strong partnerships with Supplier Management, Operations & Performance, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare for and ensure audit readiness for SPS, RSS, and APM/MVS sites in alignment with U.S. Federal Regulations and ISO standards.
- Produce executive-level communications, including performance updates and insights for senior leadership.
- Advise senior leadership on key strategic and tactical decisions to support long-term business objectives.
- Support annual strategic planning processes, including financial planning and development of the strategic roadmap.
- Propose and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and resource optimization.
- Drive operational excellence by establishing leading and lagging indicators and delivering meaningful performance metrics.
- Manage and resolve escalations to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master of Science degree required.
- Minimum ten (10) years in a Healthcare industry.
- Minimum seven (7) years’ experience leading detailed oriented and complex initiatives in high visibility environment.
- Proven ability to directly manage and lead teams across diverse geographical regions.
- Demonstrated experience in leading site preparation and hosting regulatory inspections to demonstrate compliance with a U.S. Federal Regulations agency and with Notified Bodies.
- Proven experience improving tangible products using data.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel Up to 35% travel.
