About the role

  • Manage the North America Services Catalog to ensure accurate service offers, pricing, and sales text
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Services Marketing Managers, Pricing and Commercial Policy Officers
  • Drive quarterly catalog updates to correct any errors, omissions
  • Validate quote tools accurately reflect service catalog content

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data quality, data governance, or catalog/content management roles
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex systems and workflows
  • Experience applying Lean, Daily Management, or structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Strong results orientation
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures
