About the role
- Manage the North America Services Catalog to ensure accurate service offers, pricing, and sales text
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including Services Marketing Managers, Pricing and Commercial Policy Officers
- Drive quarterly catalog updates to correct any errors, omissions
- Validate quote tools accurately reflect service catalog content
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data quality, data governance, or catalog/content management roles
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to quickly grasp complex systems and workflows
- Experience applying Lean, Daily Management, or structured problem-solving methodologies
- Strong results orientation
- Detail-oriented approach with strong ownership and follow-through
- Customer-first mindset
- Experience working in a business with complex market/channel structures
