act as a consultant for the Business and Customer Fulfillment Center team
Lead new business integration and project delivery
Plan and control projects, define user stories, perform gap analysis
manage UAT/testing, track issues/risks/status, deliver training, and provide post‑go‑live support
Manage new functionality and change requests
Gather/document requirements, coordinate design/development with IT, create and execute UAT and regression test scripts
provide application support and process documentation
Act as first IT liaison for operations, log and resolve incidents
Drive process improvement and cross‑functional alignment
Partner with Finance/Marketing/Sales/IT/Operations to streamline workflows and develop training/materials

Requirements

5+ years’ experience in sales, finance or customer service environment
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering or equivalent
Strong technical and CRM expertise, including configuration/maintenance of SAP, Siebel, and Salesforce
advanced PC skills (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
Broad functional knowledge across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance with advanced analytical and conceptual abilities
Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills, proven at influencing across all organizational levels
