About the role
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent discipline or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of health system operations and dynamics
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in the healthcare industry, outside of pharmaceuticals, with a focus on solution-based selling
- Proven experience in Lean methodologies and/or Six Sigma
