About the role
- Manages and grows FM business within an assigned territory by driving revenue, executing contracts, and building strong customer partnerships.
- Execute the territory FM sales strategy, aligning daily activities with regional and national objectives.
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and contract pull-through across assigned hospital and Integrated Delivery Network accounts.
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships, engaging multiple stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value-based solutions.
- Support and execute contract implementation and compliance, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure pricing accuracy, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze territory and account performance, market dynamics, and customer trends to prioritize opportunities and drive growth.
- Travel within the territory is required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare or medical device sales.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Healthcare, or a technical discipline.
- Skills include territory sales execution, long-cycle deal management, forecasting, pipeline management, and contract-focused selling.
- Bonus skills include experience with FM portfolios or system-level accounts.
- Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
- Strong communication skills, comfort navigating complex buying groups, and willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
