💰 $88,000 - $140,000 per year
About the role
- Provide clinical customer support as the clinical application knowledge expert
- Facilitate solutions design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of Philips HPM products
- Serve as a clinical resource to Philips HPM customers
- Understand customer goals and develop plans to support clinical solutions implementation
- Manage clinical aspects of implementations including assessing workflows and evaluating education needs
- Troubleshoot and solve problems with technical implementations
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
- Prior clinical training and adult education delivery experience highly preferred
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU and/or PICU settings
- Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent licensure
- CTT+ and/or VCTT+ certification preferred
- Passionate about technology and education related to patient care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
