💰 $37 - $58 per hour
About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to customer entitlements
- Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites
- Understand the customer's business and competitive environment
- Actively participate in team processes and identify training gaps
- Complete PMs, FCOs, installation tasks, diagnose and resolve problems
- Perform administrative duties within regulatory requirements
- Approximately 70% travel across designated geography required
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries
- Ultrasound equipment experience preferred
- Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory
- Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to perform Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodations
- Work flexible hours as needed based on business needs
