About the role

  • play a critical role within Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) Chief Medical Office
  • implement strategic medical plans aligned with business objectives
  • cultivate professional relationships with medical and scientific experts
  • develop and deliver clinical information in response to the needs of internal/external customers
  • utilize advanced analytical skills to address high complexity issues efficiently
  • contribute to the development and dissemination of clinical materials
  • engage in collaborative efforts within Chief Medical Office (CMO) function groups for quality initiatives
  • partner with cross-functional product development teams for product advancement and compliance
  • assist with drafting manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations

Requirements

  • minimum of 7+ years’ combined experience in Clinical Research and/or Medical/Clinical Affairs within an FDA regulated medical device industry
  • knowledge of ECG tracing interpretation and arrhythmia mechanisms
  • ability to effectively manage, communicate, influence and cultivate relationships with Internal/External Stakeholders, KOL’s, HCPs, and scientific professionals at all levels
  • proven experience working with Quality and Regulatory (Q&R) teams to assess safety and performance across the product portfolio
  • minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Medical Science discipline (Required); MD (Doctor of Medicine), PhD desired
