💰 $112,500 - $180,000 per year
About the role
- oversees service operations and support strategy for their modality
- resolving quality and reliability issues with the Business Unit to improve customer satisfaction and productivity
- attending Field Change Order Governance Board meetings
- setting operational priorities
- working with National Support Specialist
- lead monthly performance reviews
- participate in business improvement projects and support strategies for part harvesting, refurbishment, and other circular economy programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with Image Guided Therapy, including direct service, technical support, or leading modality performance initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of the aforementioned experience without a bachelor’s degree
- hands-on expertise with Image Guided Therapy Mobile Surgery service and operations
- proficient in key tools and platforms such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Vivio, Service Max, and/or SAP.
