About the role
- Responsible for customer relationship management through technical knowledge application
- Install/implement, service, test, and troubleshoot complex solutions on IT networks
- Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements
- Support transition from break fix to solutions focused operating model
- Collaborate with diverse team members to deliver customer service excellence
- Perform administrative duties within established Philips and regulatory requirements
- Install complex, multi-phased systems in clinical and non-clinical environments
- Diagnose and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical problems
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional working experience in IT technologies or electronics industry
- Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred
- Network configuration and/or troubleshooting experience
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or required to obtain within 6 months from beginning of employment)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, biomedical, or other related disciplines or equivalent combination of education and above listed experience
