About the role
- Lead the Program to achieve delivery goals in North America and Canada
- coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure program accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- build strong partnerships with Clinical, Sales, Service, and Business Units
- manage and streamline end-to-end program execution
- collaborate with Business Units, factory, and global teams to forecast hardware/software demand
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
- minimum of 3+ years knowledge of healthcare industry (Ultrasound)
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management
- strong knowledge includes SAP experience (Sales Force, Service MAX) and LEAN methodology
- expert analytical and troubleshooting skills
- history of effective leadership and change management experiences
- lead complex projects
