Support the sales organization by advising on installation/placement options and calculating system implementation costs
Manage the complete customer order from order confirmation to project realization in close coordination with customers, sales, external contractors and internal stakeholders
Create the project schedule including project duration and communicate it to project participants
Coordinate the installation/assembly process according to cycle time and capacity requirements, involving the relevant stakeholders
Update the project forecast daily and monitor risks to revenue planning, communicating them to Supply Chain Management and the district according to communication guidelines
Conduct a project review after completion, including post-calculation of project costs and initiation of corrective actions
Ensure the upload/entry of quality-relevant project documents into Salesforce.com and the Document Management System (DMS) in accordance with quality guidelines
Requirements
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in imaging systems
Experience in project management
PMP certification is an advantage
Network knowledge
Knowledge of the relevant product portfolio (X-ray, CV (cardiovascular), CT, MR, nuclear medicine)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills
Negotiation-level (business-fluent) German and good English skills
