About the role
- Manage the Contracts and Proposals Team to create documentation required in response to RFIs, RFPs, and contract requests
- Lead the team to gather information, write, edit and format proposals and documentation to meet requirements and deadlines
- Work closely with Commercial, Customer Success, Operational Teams, Finance and other stakeholders for streamlined processes
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to develop and refine contract templates
- Lead the proposals team, providing guidance for successful execution of all proposals and contracts
Requirements
- Extensive experience in CRO/pharma environment in a similar role
- Extensive experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Legal / Financial awareness and understanding of proposals and contracts
- Understanding and background in marketing, sales, business development, and clinical trial principles and processes
- Understanding and vast experience in confidentiality of all client information
- Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels
- Close attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Diplomacy/conflict management aptitude
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and the ability to efficiently prioritise tasks
