Content Marketing Manager

• Lead the design of content models, taxonomies, and metadata structures that support modular, reusable, and semantically meaningful content.
• Conduct content audits and analysis to inform platform migrations, redesigns, and AI-readiness efforts.
• Lead structured data and schema strategy (e.g., Schema.org, provider/location/service entities), ensuring content is optimized for traditional SEO and generative AI discovery (GEO), including AI visibility requirements such as citability, entity clarity, and authority signals.
• Own technical SEO considerations related to content architecture, including metadata strategy, structured data coverage, search visibility foundations, and semantic structure.
• Define and implement content governance frameworks, including editorial workflows, lifecycle rules, and quality standards.
• Ensure content architectures support accessibility (WCAG - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), compliance, and consistency across channels and audiences.
• Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure content structures are technically implementable within CMSs, APIs, and downstream systems.
• Guide clients through content transformation and migration efforts, from strategy through execution, including designing content operations workflows to reduce content and metadata debt and improve system integrity.
• Collaborate with Client Orchestrators to align scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Provide content architecture direction to delivery teams and mentor less senior content strategists.

Content Architect

Data Analyst

• Conduct audits of client digital properties to ensure analytics, tagging, and data pipelines are correctly configured.
• Design and implement analytics measurement frameworks aligned to client business, marketing, and product strategies.
• Advise on and support event‑driven analytics, data layers, and tagging strategies across web, mobile, CRM, and marketing platforms.
• Design and build dashboards, reports, and self‑service views using BI and visualization tools.
• Troubleshoot data integrity, tracking, and pipeline issues across platforms and vendors.
• Document implementations and lead enablement sessions to establish analytics best practices.
• Lead stakeholder conversations to deeply understand business goals and translate them into measurement and insight requirements.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic recommendations across UX, content, marketing, and product.
• Develop testable hypotheses related to acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and experience quality.
• Recommend experimentation strategies (A/B testing, personalization, SEO testing, CRO) tied to defined KPIs.
• Connect insights across multiple data sources to tell a coherent, actionable story.
• Identify analytics workflows that can be accelerated or augmented using AI (e.g., automated insights, anomaly detection, summarization, forecasting, and trend identification).
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to support: Data exploration and pattern discovery, Narrative generation and executive summaries, Experiment analysis and insight synthesis.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to pilot AI‑enabled analytics capabilities within client engagements.
• Contribute to Phase2’s evolving AI‑native delivery patterns and analytics playbooks.
• Advise clients on data collection best practices in alignment with privacy, consent, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with teams to ensure data quality, taxonomy consistency, and measurement governance.
• Help clients understand tradeoffs, limitations, and risks within their data and technology ecosystems.
• Own analytics workstreams end-to-end, serving as a de-facto workstream lead responsible for insight quality, delivery timelines, and managing client expectations from discovery through recommendation.
• Mentor junior analysts, oversee contractor work and support capability development within the Data & Insights team.
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts through thought leadership, presentations, webinars, and proposals.
• Act as a trusted analytics advisor to clients and internal teams.

Senior Data Analyst – AI-Enabled

Growth Marketing

• The Sales Director will be responsible for elevating the client portfolio at Phase2 by bringing in and securing new client relationships.
• Identify new relationships and opportunities, nurturing ongoing relationships with agency partners for lead generation purposes, writing proposals, pitching services, and contracting agreements.
• Lead prospecting pursuits with support from marketing, creative, solutions and subject matter experts from across Phase2.
• Communicate and coordinate with Phase2 marketing and solution teams to understand current market challenges that can be answered by what Phase2 can offer.
• Craft messages that explain how Phase2 can address potential buyer’s pain points and consistently follow-up.
• Identify strategic trigger events that move a prospect down the funnel.
• Update prospect activity and be responsible for accurate reporting in Hubspot and Salesforce.
• Work closely with solution-oriented team members to craft and deliver proposals, presentations and other supporting documents as needed to close new business opportunities.
• Promote, market and align sales initiatives with agency partners like Acquia, Yext, and Sitecore.
• Interface with the Phase2 Revenue Operations and Legal teams, and follow clients’ procurement processes to ensure successful closure on contracts.
• Consult with the team on omnichannel campaigns, including promotion of events (both in person and virtual). Introduce people to Phase2 at events, bringing appropriate contacts into the funnel.
• Write relevant and personalized communications for prospect development and prepare and execute opportunity-focused meetings with prospects.
• Maintain healthy, accurate, and up-to-date lead and contact data in Salesforce and Hubspot, making lead generation status transparent and accurate for all.
