Senior In-Account Business Development Director

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive consultative growth across a portfolio of clients.
- Generate a robust pipeline that leads to closing $7M+ in new revenue.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close.
- Shape deal strategy, pricing, and scope for high-value engagements.
- Build deep relationships with Senior and C-Suite stakeholders.
- Collaborate with delivery, strategy, and leadership teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in client-facing sales roles at a digital agency, consultancy, or transformation-led firm.
- Proven success in selling complex digital services or solutions.
- Success in overseeing client portfolios contributing $7–10 million in revenue annually.
- Ability to generate $7M+ in sales within the assigned portfolio within 12 months.
- Strong understanding of digital experience, platforms, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience influencing senior executives through insight.
