Account Executive

• Support launch planning and ongoing access strategy for current and future products by developing and executing account‑level access plans across community oncology networks, GPO member accounts, and NCI‑designated/NCCN academic cancer centers within the assigned territory.
• Inform and execute GPO contract strategy within assigned accounts, including contract negotiation, launch initiatives, and pull-through activity to ensure contracted accounts are actively utilizing and ordering PEC products through the appropriate channel.
• Lead engagement with population health and account decision makers—including medical, quality, pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, clinical, P&T, pathway, and ordering system stakeholders—to communicate clinical and economic value and secure appropriate formulary, EMR, and pathway inclusion for PEC products.
• Educate and support customers who own clinical decision tools, ordering systems, and pathways to ensure accurate representation of PEC products, recognizing that these tools are owned and maintained by the customer.
• Compliantly align and collaborate with cross‑functional partners (sales, medical affairs, market access, and marketing) to deliver a coordinated customer engagement strategy and support optimal product access across the portfolio.
• Identify account‑level access barriers and competitive threats and develop response strategies in collaboration with the broader market access team to resolve issues and protect access within assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary corporate accounts resource for field sales teams, providing account intelligence, resolving access challenges, and supporting pull‑through and utilization efforts.
• Establish and maintain a deep understanding of key account needs, priorities, and market dynamics; synthesize and communicate actionable customer and industry insights to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and support opportunities and programs in collaboration with national oncology stakeholder groups and actively participate in relevant customer and industry meetings.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date account plans, CRM documentation, and KPI tracking across all assigned accounts.

Key Account Director – Northeast

Strategy

• Independently lead high-impact enterprise and therapeutic-area strategy projects, including framing problem statements, structuring analyses, managing workstreams, and delivering recommendations to senior leadership
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning corporate affairs
• Own project timelines, stakeholder engagement, and output quality, ensuring projects advance on schedule and deliver clear strategic value
• Provide hands-on project management support for AI-related initiatives across Commercial and Medical Affairs functions, including workflow automation, AI-assisted content generation, data analytics, and digital engagement projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact with AI and technology vendors, managing day-to-day coordination, deliverable tracking, and vendor performance evaluation
• Prepare project updates, status reports, and recommendations for senior leadership on AI initiative progress and ROI
• Conduct commercial due diligence on target assets on an ongoing basis, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, unmet need analysis, and clinical differentiation evaluation
• Engage directly with target company management teams and C-suites to assess organizational capabilities, pipeline depth, and strategic fit
• Manage external diligence processes, including coordinating with outside advisors, KOL consultants, and legal counsel on deal terms; maintain relationships with investment bankers and BD intermediaries

Associate Director, Corporate Strategy

Director

• The Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing relationships with key HCP partners and influential individuals within Hematology/Oncology, through strategic collaborations and marketing initiatives.
• Key duties include researching potential KOLs in both Academic and Community settings, developing engagement strategies, negotiating partnership terms, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining ongoing communication with key influencers.
• KOL Identification and Recruitment: Contribute to the development of engagement strategy for the assigned region; and execute to optimize results. Research and identify relevant Key Opinion Leaders within the target market based on their audience reach, credibility, and alignment with brand values. Conduct thorough evaluations to ensure KOL suitability for collaborations. Initiate contact with potential KOLs and pitch partnership opportunities.
• Relationship Building and Management: Establish strong, authentic relationships with KOLs through regular communication and engagement. Understand KOLs' specific needs, interests, and audience demographics to tailor collaboration strategies. Provide KOLs with necessary information, demo samples, or materials to facilitate effective content evaluation and/or creation. Collaborate with Sales to fortify HCP relationship with PharmaEssentia.
• Commercial Insight Gathering: Lead and direct insight gathering among opinion leaders including one-on-one engagements, small group meetings, national and regional advisory boards, and steering committees to gather actionable information, coordinating with other functions. Monitor the competitive landscape, treatment protocols and other market trends, report findings to marketing, provide actionable recommendations and pull through tactical initiatives.
• Collaboration Across Marketing Team: Support and manage commercial advisory boards / steering committees, develop targeted P2P marketing material/messaging aligned with brand objectives, review P2P content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging, provide input for Speaker Bureau development, training, etc. Lead KOL engagement at key congress meetings, manage KOLs for internal meetings and external events.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversions, and brand mentions across P2P campaigns. Monitor campaign progress and adjust as needed to optimize results. Analyze campaign data to identify successes and areas for improvement, generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.

• Ensure portfolio decisions are aligned with corporate strategy, capital allocation priorities, and long-range plans.
• Maintain a comprehensive, strategic perspective across all programs, identifying risks, opportunities, and cross-asset implications.
• Maintain and evolve portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support tools that enable senior leaders to monitor performance and make informed choices.
• Conduct commercial due diligence on target assets on an ongoing basis, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, unmet need analysis, and clinical differentiation evaluation.

• Conduct financial assessment, including scenario modeling, P&L forecasting, rNPV building, clinical/market inflection tracking, and value-based prioritization.

• Manage external diligence processes, including coordinating with outside advisors, KOL consultants, and legal counsel on deal terms; maintain relationships with investment bankers and BD intermediaries.
• Proactively source and screen BD targets by maintaining a target landscape, running screening criteria against strategic priorities, and surfacing opportunities for leadership review using databases and industry intelligence.
• Serve as a key contact point with external vendors and consultants across strategy, AI/technology, and business development workstreams.
• Provide project management support for cross-functional initiatives, including timeline management, action item tracking, meeting coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Help evaluate new vendor capabilities and manage onboarding processes as projects scale.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Clinical, Commercial, Medical, and BD stakeholders to gather insights, pressure-test assumptions, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

• Serve as a trusted thought partner and right hand to the Head of Global Strategy on high-priority initiatives.

• Draft memos, analyses, and communication materials used by the CEO, Executive Team, and Board. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and compelling storytelling in all deliverables.
