About the role

  • You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of our Windows 11 and macOS workstation systems, which are managed via Microsoft Intune
  • You receive and reliably process employee requests as part of first-level support
  • You analyse system faults using our monitoring system and forward relevant information to the responsible teams
  • You work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient resolution of user issues
  • You create and maintain technical documentation and manuals for the systems you support.

Requirements

  • A completed IT qualification or the motivation, as an experienced hire or career changer, to master complex IT challenges
  • Ideally several years of experience in technical support or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical matters clearly and understandably
  • Solid knowledge in supporting Windows and macOS workstation systems as well as in the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Experience in supporting and administering applications such as Jira, Confluence or comparable systems
  • Enjoy working in a team and the willingness to take on tasks independently and in a structured manner
  • Very good German language skills and English skills at least at B1 level.
