About the role
- Provide guidance, and subject matter expertise in satisfying data requests for data aggregate tables
- Provide STW Associates relevant training on aspects of aggregate data table creation
- Liaise with colleagues to answer questions relating to aggregate data requests and operational work
- Review timeliness and quality metrics on the deliverables and remediate any challenges
- Address any challenges on deliverables received by Pfizer colleagues or Regulators
- Liaise with business stakeholders and technical groups to define or gather business requirements
- Provide solutions to aggregate data requests operational issues
- Create and/or execute aggregate data requests as required
- Compile assigned aggregate deliverables, as required
- Participate in developing and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Lead small projects of short duration, following established methodologies
- Complete training in accordance with Pfizer’s and WSR Safety Evaluation and Reporting curriculum
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years data management experience with clinical safety data and business processes in the pharmaceutical industry
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, or information management related discipline required
- Experience with Microsoft word & Excel, Adobe acrobat, etc.
- Experience with relational databases
- Experience with query tools/data extraction techniques (i.e. SQL, PL/SQL)
- Experience with SharePoint technology
- BusinessObjects experience
- Knowledge of Safety, Regulatory, and/or Document management systems and technologies
- Knowledge of application system management and change control processes, application validation and implementation in a GxP environment
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical metadata and standards
- Knowledge of FDA, EMEA and ICH regulations is preferred
- Demonstrated customer relationship skills and capabilities and collaboration on teams
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a cross-functional environment
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
