Own and manage key Data Products essential to Vaccines Data Strategy (BAC, CORE Data Assets, Foundational Models, Incentive Compensation)
Engineer and maintain portions of the U.S. Commercial Vaccines data asset ecosystem ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability for 500+ users
Maintain and enhance Vx foundational capabilities (APS model, RSV split, Public/Private split, Central Purchasing, Manufacturer Loyalty, Abrsyvo Split)
Enable U.S. Commercial Vx performance reporting and Sales Force Incentive Compensation programs using high-quality Vx business data assets
Manage U.S. Commercial Vx customer backbone/Business Account Construct (BAC) to ensure uniformly defined customer data across the commercial organization
Partner with DSM, PAI, Digital, Master Data Management and third-party vendors to identify and implement new Vx business data assets
Pioneer new capabilities using Gen AI and other AI advancements to accelerate decision making across U.S. Commercial Vx BU
Requirements
BA required, MS preferred, relevant fields include operations research, data science, statistics or computer programming
3+ years (BA) or 1+ years (MS) of experience in data strategy, data management and/or commercial analytics, ideally in the biopharma or healthcare industry
Deep understanding of key data types/sources used for vaccines commercial analytics
Robust knowledge of core data integration and data model design approaches
Proven experience building analytic data engineering pipelines
Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate business needs into data asset design
Proficient in data engineering code (SQL, Python, scripting)
