Support patients’ access to Pfizer products by providing information on Reimbursement, Patient Assistant Program (PAP), Pfizer hub programs, and Co-Pay Resources
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues (Field Medical, Reimbursement, Key Account Management) and use triaging protocols to address customer inquiries
Effectively use calendaring tools, leadership goals, and customer insights to prioritize calls and provide feedback to leadership
Travel within territory and stay overnight as necessary to meet business needs
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of previous Pharmaceutical biotech or medical marketing/promotional/sales experience
History of marketing, promotional or sales success, strong territory management skills, outstanding communications skills
Experience in a specialized market where third-party reimbursement and service center has been utilized
Strong product and disease state knowledge and ability to educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions
Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom, Microsoft Office) and ability to adapt to new/beta tools
Ability to leverage analytics to develop insights and action plans
Must live within 50 miles of the territory
Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards (Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you)
Ability to travel to all accounts/office locations within territory; ability to stay overnight as necessary
Permanent work authorization in the United States
Demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, accountability, and ability to work in a matrix environment
