About the role

  • Act as primary liaison between subcontractor and NG Maintenance Lead, NG Facilities Maintenance Planner, and JLL Facilities Coordinator
  • Ensure accurate & timely Request For Proposal (RFP) preparation and subcontractor coordination for execution of scope activities & changes
  • Ensure scope of work completed according to purchase order agreement and complete timely close out of administrative/database tasks, ensuring compliance tasks are not late
  • Responsible for Other Indirect Expenses (OIE) budget forecasting, verification of actual costs incurred, and accurate Estimate at Complete (EAC)
  • Identify Risks, Issues and Opportunities associated with the OIE budget
  • Hold a Purchase Card, make necessary purchases, and prepare administrative documents for manager approval
  • Coordinate and facilitate planned and unplanned facilities production equipment and infrastructure maintenance and repairs supporting all NG Programs at Palmdale and Mojave Sites
  • Ensure compliance tasks are completed prior to expiration dates
  • Coordinate with Global Supply Chain for budget forecasting and reconciliations
  • Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with internal and external customers
  • P-card purchasing with Smart Buy (Smartbuy/iBuy)
  • Provide proactive and effective communication and drive results
  • Support classified and unclassified programs as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related business experience – OR - Master's degree with 3 years of related business experience
  • Experience p-card / purchasing, using Smartbuy (iBuy)
  • Experience with budget forecasting
  • Must currently have an Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required for all positions with a government clearance
  • Purchase Card holder and ability to make necessary purchases and prepare administrative documents
  • Experience with Other Indirect Expenses (OIE) budget forecasting, cost verification, and Estimate at Complete (EAC)
  • Experience identifying Risks, Issues and Opportunities associated with budgets
  • Experience preparing Request For Proposal (RFP) documentation and coordinating subcontractors
  • Experience with timely close out of administrative/database tasks and compliance tracking
  • Experience coordinating planned and unplanned Facilities production equipment and infrastructure maintenance and repairs
  • Proactive & effective communication skills and ability to cultivate strong internal/external relationships
  • Ability to support classified & unclassified programs
  • Preferred: Any or all Program clearances needed for Site access
  • Preferred: Previous experience working in a facilities organization
