About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive development and execution of the global value and evidence generation strategy
Support and coordinate evidence needs input from global and country teams
Lead the review and interpretation of clinical trial outputs
Contribute to the design, execution, and oversight of HV&E studies
Develop and maintain global value narratives and evidence deliverables
Engage with cross-functional teams to position evidence strategy for rapid access upon launch
Collaborate closely with alliance partners on evidence strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate degree required (e.g. MSc, MPH, PhD)
7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA degree; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or relevant related fields
Demonstrated depth of understanding of fundamental health services research methods and tools
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects involving significant budget, competing timelines, and rapidly shifting priorities
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
