About the role

  • Drive development and execution of the global value and evidence generation strategy
  • Support and coordinate evidence needs input from global and country teams
  • Lead the review and interpretation of clinical trial outputs
  • Contribute to the design, execution, and oversight of HV&E studies
  • Develop and maintain global value narratives and evidence deliverables
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to position evidence strategy for rapid access upon launch
  • Collaborate closely with alliance partners on evidence strategy

Requirements

  • Graduate degree required (e.g. MSc, MPH, PhD)
  • 7+ years of experience with MSc/MPH/MBA degree; 5+ years with PharmD/PhD in HEOR or relevant related fields
  • Demonstrated depth of understanding of fundamental health services research methods and tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects involving significant budget, competing timelines, and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
