About the role
- Serve as a key liaison between the Pfizer US Vaccines Brand teams, Finance and strategic partners, planning, forecasting and actualizing budgets
- Manage financial submissions to finance leads on behalf of the marketing teams
- Oversee quarterly forecasting and reconciliation, including buyup and ring fence exercises
- Execute day-to-day budget activities including project creation, PO creation, and maintaining documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in a large matrix organization within finance, marketing, or operations OR High School degree with 10 years of experience including the ability to develop budget alternatives for management considerations
- Advance level skill in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrates attention to details and financial acumen, ability to manage a budget with a history of staying on or under budget
- Demonstrated effective collaboration with teams across an organization to drive processes and operations
