About the role
- Establish and maintain relationships with US Reimbursement and Payment Organizations/Agencies
- Provide interpretive guidance on access, coverage, payment policy, and reimbursement issues
- Collaborate with launch teams to understand product profiles and CPT differentiation opportunities
- Analyze payment data for products to ensure proper access and reimbursement
- Review pricing publications and present competitive reimbursement strategy changes
Requirements
- B.S. Degree required, additional certification in coding and reimbursement preferred
- Minimum 8 years with BA/BS, 7 years with MBA, 5 years with PhD/equivalent in Pharmaceutical Industry experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical sectors, Provider/Carrier Networks, or Government Agency
- Strong understanding of Reimbursement, Government Payment Systems, Provider/Carrier Networks, Co-Pay Assistance Programs
- Experience demonstrating exceptional communication and presentation skills, strategic planning, and implementation success
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment and adhere to compliance guidelines
