About the role

  • Responsible for strategy and execution of HCP tactics and initiatives
  • Leading a team of talented marketing colleagues
  • Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Global, and other functions
  • Drive US HCP competitive and lifecycle strategy
  • Establish a competitive message platform and execute impactful HCP campaigns
  • Develop HCP strategy and tactical plan for brand differentiation and market leadership
  • Own measurement and impact of HCP marketing initiatives
  • Lead brand planning and execution for key sales meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience, Master’s degree with 10+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
  • Management experience required
  • Strong business acumen including strategic marketing and analytical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at a high level on strategy and pull that through into execution
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others
  • Prior Vaccines experience and buy & bill business model desired but not required
  • Agile mindset and a track record of pushing boundaries and delivering in dynamic environments
