About the role

  • Develop and lead/co-lead highly complex projects
  • Create mid-term plans that impact results and influence management decisions
  • Leverage relationships to meet the needs of various business units
  • Serve as an advisor and support in solving complex problems
  • Make decisions in complex scenarios, identifying innovative solutions
  • Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
  • Act as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management
  • Review project statuses and budgets, manage schedules, prepare status reports
  • Mentor and develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Associates

Requirements

  • BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience
  • MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience
  • PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience
  • MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience
  • Proven experience in project management or equivalent continuous improvement expertise
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
  • Experience in managing large-scale, complex, and strategic programs
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment with diverse groups and senior-level management
