Lead the transformation of legacy identity management systems and implement SailPoint across global environment
Take ownership of SailPoint operations and ensure seamless integration of IAM systems
Oversee identity lifecycle management processes for security and efficiency
Define and execute strategies for modernizing identity security controls (access request, provisioning, de-provisioning)
Ensure compliance with audit requirements while maintaining high security
Collaborate with teams to align IAM requirements with broader security architecture and business objectives
Guide a multi-national team through IAM projects, providing leadership in design and execution of scalable solutions
Continuously assess industry best practices and emerging technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline in IT/IAM/cybersecurity
6+ years of experience in IT/IAM/cybersecurity in a corporate environment
At least 5 years of experience in identity lifecycle management for organizations with over 100,000 users
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
In-depth experience with IAM/IGA solutions and platforms (SailPoint preferred)
Extensive knowledge of global laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy (GxP, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX)
Proficiency with security technologies including IAM, MFA, SSO, scripting (SQL, JavaScript, BeanShell, etc.)
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CIAM, or CRISC are desirable
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals
