About the role
- Lead the continued evolution of access and affordability strategies across Pfizer
- Assess and develop patient affordability programs for all on-market brands
- Proactively conduct competitive analysis to make recommendations on patient affordability programming
- Manage enterprise copay program P&L through strong partnership with Finance
- Collaborate within the patient support organization to successfully pull-through access and affordability programs
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure compliance of programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
- 12+ years’ experience in affordability program strategy / design / analytics, patient services, pharmaceutical GTN finance, or related area required
- 5+ years of people management experience required
- Experience managing affordability / copay vendors to optimize programs
- Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
